Principal Duties: The Senior Director within the EITS Office of the CIO & PMO acts as a strategic partner, gatekeeper and operational leader. This IT leader will be cross functional and provide support of strategic key complex initiatives and IT projects/programs, drive executive change communication and system engagement, facilitate stakeholder alignment and provide operational oversight as directed. This individual will bridge operational gaps and support EITS service line leads. A critical focus of this role will be overseeing the seamless integration of enterprise technologies, such as the ServiceNow platform, ensuring day-one operational stability and the realization of long-term strategic synergies.
