SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the Infrastructure Delivery Program Director.
- Leads enterprise innovation initiatives by bridging strategic technology vision with operational execution. Responsible for driving process and technology adoption, which may include AI/ML, facilitating executive discovery sessions, and translating organizational priorities into prioritized technology roadmaps that advance patient care, operational efficiency, and value-based care objectives.
- Serves as the HIMSS expert in order conduct a full INFRAM (Infrastructure Adoption Model) enterprise-wide. INFRAM assessment is the gathering of data, interviewing of personnel, access to systems, identify and analyzing data, establish INFRAM models and present technological assessments to all levels of leadership.
- Directs and manages the technological program as outlined within the 5 year plan as a result of the INFRAM recommendations and results. Collaborate with all levels of leadership in creating a 5 year plan as advances in technology are in rapid state of change and enhancement.
- Bridge the strategic gap between core infrastructure and clinical devices/application to mitigate site-level leadership churns.
- Establish and manage governance frameworks that tie infrastructure performance and system integrations directly to measurable, long-term improvements in patient care, throughput and operational efficiency.
