Principal Duties:
- Tech support (remote and on-site) preferably in a healthcare setting, implementation, integration and application (client-server and web-based) support experience. Good understanding of network, security and database management principles (SQL, mySQL, etc..).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, customer service, analytical and troubleshooting skills, positive attitude, ability to handle stress, work under pressure and without being micromanaged.
- A , Network , Security , ClientSA, ITIL certifications preferred.
- Scripting experience (powershell, bash, etc…).
