Principal Duties: An ERP fusion Application Administrator is responsible for providing administration, operational support, monitoring, security management, and environment management for Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM), and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud applications. This role is crucial in the administration, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Cloud application services and products. The ERP Fusion Application Administrator will oversee the day-to-day operations and management of environments, SaaS Application Security. The administrator will work closely with development and IT operations teams to maintain the cloud infrastructure and ensure that it is highly available, scalable, and secure. Implement and enforce security best practices, managing IAM policies, user access, and ensuring adherence to organizational and regulatory policies.
Principal Duties:
- Perform Environment monitoring and health checks.
- Support Fusion environment refresh activities.
- Manage quarterly Oracle updates and testing coordination.
- Configuration validation and migration support.
- Manage configuration migration using Functional Setup Manager (FSM).
- Administer Oracle Fusion security and access controls.
- Conduct user access reviews and Segregation of Duties assessments.
- Coordinate identity management across Fusion, OIC, OCI, EPM, and EDM platforms.
- Validate security configurations during quarterly Oracle Cloud releases and environment migrations.
- Create Custom Security Roles in ERP fusion application based on specific business requirements, tailoring security configurations to meet unique client needs and ensuring optimal role-based access control.
- Perform comprehensive security audits to assess vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with security standards and identifying areas for improvement.
- Partner with other Team personnel to support business operations and satisfy user inquiries, resolve issues and support applications.
- Demonstrate an understanding of business processes designs, cloud security risk, and risk management.
- Monitor integrations and scheduled processes.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and connectivity issues.
- Review logs and perform root cause analysis.
- Promote integrations across environments.
- Manage integration packages and version control.
- Validate deployments and rollback procedures.
- Configure Oracle Risk Management Cloud, manage security, users, workflows, access controls, and system settings.
- Implementing and enforcing security best practices, managing IAM policies, user access, and ensuring adherence to organizational and regulatory policies.
- Proactively monitoring OCI services and infrastructure, identifying bottlenecks, optimizing performance, and ensuring high availability.
- Diagnosing and resolving issues related to OIC resources, including performance, connectivity, and access.
- Working with security, development, and other IT teams to integrate OIC with existing systems and resolve technical challenges.
