Summary:
- The positions will be 100% Prescription Entry (data entry) roles.
- Candidates must be registered Pharmacy Technicians in Texas.
- Have approximately 3–6 months of pharmacy technician experience.
- Onsite interviews required.
- Addresses questions about over-the-counter medications, assists with product selection, and provides guidance on non-prescription healthcare products.
- Collects and inputs prescription information, ensuring adherence to pharmacy protocols and legal requirements.
Position Summary:
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must reside in the state of Texas.
- A secure room free from noise and distractions, with a closing door and ergonomic-friendly work area (i.e., desk, chair).
- Must have your own internet provider that can support the virtual working environment.
- Data Entry
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail while multitasking through various programs.
- Adept at reading and interpreting prescription terminology and medications.
- Direct/hardwired internet connection to a modem/router within 10 feet of your computer and a minimum speed of 25 mbs download and 3 mbs upload. Wi-Fi and satellite are not permitted.
- Secure and private home workspace free from distractions
Experience:
Minimum of 3-6 months related pharmacy technician experience.
Education:
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
