The schedule rotates weekly: one week Wednesday–Thursday, followed by Monday–Tuesday–Friday–Saturday–Sunday, with on-call required one weekend per month.
Job Description:
- LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures.
- Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
Facility Requirements:
- Must haave 2 years recent Skilled RN experience
- Must have ACLS & BLS certifications, these must be attached to the submission (Must be through the American Heart Association)
- Must have vent/trach experience, knowledge of central lines & preferred wound care experience
- Must have NC or multi-state compact RN license, must be attached to resume
- Shifts can be either, Monday ,Tuesday ,Friday, Sat and Sunday and then starts the next week Wed. Thursday and the schedule will continue back to Mon, Tuesday , Friday , Saturday & Sunday or will be Wed, Thursday one week then Mon., Tues., Friday , Saturday and Sunday
- Will be required to take on-call one weekend a month
