Summary:

The Senior Business Analyst – SAP Logistics will play a critical role in analyzing complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. This position requires expertise in SAP ECC/S4 Logistics, with a focus on integration and configuration. The role involves identifying gaps, providing technical expertise in business requirements, and scaling new and current systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
• Identify gaps and provide technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications.
• Configure system settings and options.
• Plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing to meet business requirements.
• Design details of automated systems.
• Provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.
• Lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

Required Skills:

• 10 years of SAP ECC Logistics Functional implementation and support experience.
• At least 1-2 full life cycle implementations experience of SAP LE.
• Design and configuration experience in SAP OTC, LE, Intercompany STO, EDI integration with 3PL.
• Detailed knowledge of systems and business processes within SAP Supply Chain and Logistics Execution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills, including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in P2P logistics, purchase order creation and configuring, pricing, invoicing, orders.
• Hands-on configuration of SAP systems in the logistics space.
• Integration with 3PL using EDI (Salesforce/SAP CRM is an added advantage).
• SAP SD is a plus.
• SAP PO is a plus.
• Must have both implementation and support experience.
• Must have knowledge and experience on the end-to-end process.
• Experience in testing, writing test scripts, and documentation.
