Epic Provisioning Specialist – Identity & Access Management
Job Summary:
Responsible for creating and managing Epic user accounts, provisioning access, troubleshooting access issues, and ensuring compliance with Epic security policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage user access, provisioning, de-provisioning, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with end users and business teams regarding access requirements and timelines.
Ensure required Epic training and approvals are completed before granting access.
Maintain Epic security policies and support security initiatives.
Identify process improvements and assist with routine access issues.
Working knowledge of Data Courier.
Participate in 24/7 on-call support.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of direct Epic experience preferred.
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team.
Self-directed, flexible, and willing to learn.
Assignment Details:
Duration: 6 months
Work Arrangement: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Training: Provided
Interview: Zoom or Microsoft Teams
Preferred Candidate: Previous Epic experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively through Microsoft Teams.
