Job Title: Supply Management Planner
Duration: 24+ Months (Possibility of Extension)
Location: Rock Island, IL
Pay range: $22-$23

Shift: 1st shift, between 6 am and 5 pm (no overtime) but if requested it would be minimal OT hours.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Parts Supply Management Planner to join our team in Rock Island, Milan, IL, Cary, Waterloo and Dubuque. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the on-time delivery of service parts to our customers by working closely with suppliers, buyers, and forecast analysts. This role involves using various management tools and platforms to manage parts supply and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize SPERT, ZMDelinq, and Lights (SAP): Ensure the timely delivery of parts by managing these web-based applications and platforms.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with suppliers, buyers, and forecast analysts for their commodity of parts.
• Performance Metrics: Track and manage metrics including FILL rate, On-Time Delivery, Product/Backorder Cycle Time, and Past Due orders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of planner experience or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a contingent at client will be considered.
• Open to recent graduates.

Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Easily trainable with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• SAP experience is a plus.
