Job Title: Analyst – Access & Availability
Job Duration:3 Months (Possibilities of extension)
Location: Woonsocket RI 02895
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (local time; flexibility required)
Training: Conducted on Eastern Time (no time off allowed during first 2 weeks)
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate direct outbound calls to providers to verify appointment availability and scheduling timelines.
- Conduct phone calls professionally, adhering to established outreach scripts to ensure consistency and quality.
- Review and validate provider data, including directory accuracy, contact information, and specialty details.
- Accurately document all results in enterprise tools such as QuickBase, maintaining a focus on data quality and compliance.
- Follow established workflows and standard operating procedures for Access & Availability studies to ensure consistent processes.
- Document any discrepancies or systemic issues for escalation to leadership for resolution.
Required Qualifications

- Strong analytical, deductive, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities to address challenges and improve processes.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation and data entry tasks.
- Technical proficiency, including working knowledge of MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, and the ability to navigate multiple computer programs and phone systems efficiently.
- Basic computer skills with the capacity to adapt quickly to new software and workflow changes.
- Self-motivated, efficient, and flexible, able to embrace change, meet critical turnaround objectives, and drive positive outcomes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with QuickBase or similar enterprise tools for data capture and reporting.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center setting, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with behavioral health services and environments.
- Background in provider data validation, directory accuracy verification, or network adequacy assessments.
- Ability to analyze trends from call data and offer actionable insights based on findings.
